Salary: Competitive base + industry-leading commission (up to 30% of fees)

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment process — from business development and client acquisition through to candidate sourcing, interview management, and offer negotiation. You'll have the freedom to build and grow your own desk, backed by an established brand, a warm database, and all the tools you need to succeed from day one.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience working for an external recruitment agency
• A track record of winning your own clients through proactive business development (not just account managing warm leads)
• Experience recruiting within an IT/technology niche — cyber security experience is a strong plus, but not essential
• Confidence managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
