We're looking for an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join us in London and take ownership of a portfolio of front-office, revenue-generating mandates across investment banking and financial services. This is a rare opportunity to join at a formative stage — with the scope, autonomy and firepower to build and lead a team around you as you grow the desk.

You'll work on a genuinely partnership-led, retained and exclusive model, giving you the credibility, time and resource to run a rigorous, high-touch search process — not a transactional, contingency-driven one.

•       Senior Leadership within Investment Banking

•       Winning new, retained and exclusive search mandates with investment banks, boutique advisory firms, private equity houses, asset managers and hedge funds

•       Running full-lifecycle executive search — from discovery and market mapping through to shortlisting, referencing, offer negotiation and candidate management

•       Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with Managing Directors, Partners, CEOs and CFOs across your markets

•       Leveraging our proprietary research and AI-enabled market intelligence tools to deliver deep, credible market mapping

•       Acting as a single, senior point of contact for clients throughout the search process

•       Playing a leading role in shaping and growing a team as the desk expands

•       A minimum of 2 years' experience in executive search, with a demonstrable track record of both winning new business and executing searches to completion

•       Genuine, established relationships at senior level (MD, Partner, CEO, CFO) within investment banking or adjacent financial services markets

•       Experience operating on a retained or exclusive search model, with the credibility and discipline that requires.

•       A consultative, insight-led approach to client management and candidate assessment

•       Strong commercial instincts and the drive to build something — this role offers real scope for leadership as the team grows
