Recruitment Consultant – Tech & Engineering Desk

Lowestoft | Office-Based | 360 Billing Role

Are you a driven recruitment consultant looking for your next opportunity? We're looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our established Tech & Engineering desk, based in the heart of Lowestoft.

This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit a warm, active desk with immediate access to clients who have live, urgent hiring needs — giving you a strong platform to hit the ground running and start billing quickly.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle from business development through to placement, working across both public and private sector clients within the tech and engineering space. You'll be responsible for:

• Managing and growing a warm desk with an existing client base and live vacancies
• Identifying and winning new business through a targeted, proactive campaign of business development
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process — from initial client engagement through to offer and placement
• Utilising our qualified database of candidates and clients, alongside our impressive tech stack, to deliver an outstanding service

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within tech, engineering, or a related sector (or transferable 360 recruitment experience)
• A strong track record in business development and new client acquisition
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivation and resilience, with a genuine drive to succeed
• Comfortable working across both public and private sector clients
