Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a strong background in permanent placements? We're looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our established team, based in Diss (IP22).

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle from business development through to placement, working across both public and private sector clients. You'll be responsible for:

• Identifying and winning new business through a targeted, proactive campaign of business development
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process — from initial client engagement through to offer and placement
• Utilising our qualified database of candidates and clients, alongside our impressive tech stack, to deliver an outstanding service

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, making permanent placements
• A strong track record in business development and winning new clients through your own activity
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivation and resilience, with a genuine drive to succeed
• Comfortable working across both public and private sector clients
• Experience from any sector considered — we welcome recruiters from all backgrounds
