About the Business

Our client is a global real estate and infrastructure developer with a footprint spanning luxury real estate, data centres, fashion, hospitality, and capital investments across the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Asia. What started as a regional developer has grown into a major international enterprise, and they are now scaling their data centre division to build state-of-the-art, AI-ready infrastructure across multiple markets worldwide.

With the green light secured on multiple major build projects, they are growing their internal Talent Acquisition team in Dubai and are looking for experienced recruiters who want to be part of the delivery, not the deal-making.

The Role

This is a non-billing, internal talent acquisition role — you won't be doing sales or business development. Your sole focus is sourcing and securing senior-level talent for permanent positions across the globe, supporting the business's ambitious pipeline of global build projects.

You'll be working in a fast-paced, competitive, high-volume environment where speed, precision, and tenacity matter. If you love the thrill of finding and closing exceptional candidates — but want to step away from billing targets and BD — this is built for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and headhunting senior candidates for permanent roles across international markets
• Managing full-cycle recruitment from search through to offer, for a global stakeholder base
• Building talent pipelines across real estate, construction, and data centre disciplines
• Partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand and fill critical roles at pace
• Working across multiple live vacancies simultaneously in a high-pressure, high-reward environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within a fast-paced and competitive recruitment environment
• Background from any professional recruitment sector — agency or in-house — will be considered
• A genuine passion for the delivery and sourcing side of recruitment, rather than sales or BD
• The drive, resilience, and determination to fill senior vacancies against demanding timelines
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and candidates on a global scale
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai full-time
