The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our software development recruitment efforts across the DACH region and Poland. This is a full 360° billing role where you'll take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from business development through to successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and secure new clients with urgent software developer vacancies across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and technical leaders
• Candidate Sourcing: Develop a robust pipeline of software development talent across your chosen specialisation
• Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process from initial client brief to successful placement
• Market Intelligence: Stay current with technology trends and salary benchmarks in your target markets
• Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed billing targets through strategic account management

Your Focus Areas

You can choose to specialise in:

• Programming Languages: Focus on one specific language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Go) or work across multiple technologies
• Development Areas: Concentrate on front-end, back-end, or full-stack development roles
• Seniority Levels: From junior developers to senior architects and technical leads

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in IT/technology recruitment with a track record of success
• Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies
• Experience in business development and client acquisition
• Excellent communication skills in English (German or Polish language skills advantageous)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
• Knowledge of European markets and employment practices preferred
