Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced recruiter to their London team, focused specifically on permanent professional placements within the pensions and investments market — a sector experiencing significant and sustained growth in demand for specialist talent.


The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client relationships across the pensions and investments sector
  • Winning new business and broadening the firm's reach within the market
  • Sourcing and placing experienced pensions and investment professionals into permanent roles across a range of disciplines
  • Advising clients on market conditions, candidate availability, and remuneration benchmarking
  • Building and maintaining a high-quality candidate network across the pensions and investments community
  • Working collaboratively with an experienced, close-knit team from a well-resourced London office
