As we expand our reach in the healthcare sector, we're looking for someone who can build and develop a successful permanent recruitment desk, bringing their expertise and network to our organization.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will establish and grow a permanent recruitment desk in your area of expertise. While healthcare industry knowledge is beneficial, we value your recruitment skills above all - your specialist sector experience from another industry is equally valuable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a permanent candidate pipeline in your specialist area
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle
  • Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities
  • Meet and exceed billing targets
  • Contribute to the positive, high-performance culture of our team

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in permanent recruitment with strong 360° billing history
  • Demonstrated business development capabilities and client relationship management
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience placing candidates overseas (particularly in the US market) is advantageous but not essential
