HR Recruitment Resourcer - Manchester 

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced resourcer or person wishing to break into the recruitment industry. 

The role is supporting a director of the business who heads up their HR Recruitment Division. You will be sourcing and screening suitable candidates for their clients open Human resources job opportunities. 

Tasks 

Writing and posting job adverts on a variety of online social media sites and job boards.

Telephone interviewing candidates to gauge their suitability for the role. 

Shortlisting candidates and presenting to the director

Creating marketing campaign emails for sending to your target audience

Using Linkedin to identify and source candidates. 

 

The Candidate

The role is based 3 days a week in their central Manchester office with 2 days working from home. The office is open 5 days a week so if you need to be in the office that's also possible. You must be ambitious with the ability to work to deadlines as some roles are time critical. You should posess a porfessional attitude at all times with strong communication skills. Hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday. 

 

No experience is needed as all training will be provided. However, you must have a proactive nature and self starter who can carry on with their role with little direct management. There is the opportunity to progress in this role to a fully trained recruitment consultant with enhanced career prospects.
