Engineering Recruitment Consultant. Perms desk
Fantastic opportunity to join a busy Engineering Recruiter with massive earning potential - Basic to £35k dependent on your experience and billing history plus great commission paying up to 35% on monthly billings. OTE for year one is an achievable £70k. The role will include the full 360 degree of recruitment. In addition to winning new business opportunities in the manaufacturing sector, you will be required to pool/source suitable candidates and manage the entire recruitment selection process to successful placement.
This is a White Collar Perms Engineering desk.
We will consider Recruitment Consultants or Billing Managers looking for a change as long as your focus is on networking and sales. Our client has also invested heavily in their digital marketing and lead generation campaigns to create warm leads and engagement. Therefore, you’ll have the tools and database to make successful placements. You’ll walk into an active pipeline with full marketing support.
