You will be a self-starter who will be responsible for the expansion of this thriving branch.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record, developing a perms desk, either from cold or be able to demonstrate substantial growth on an existing desk.
The company offers a competitive basic with an enviable commission package suited to high achievers. However as this is a cold start the commission structure has been tailored to ensure the commission is easily achievable whilst the desk is developing.
