- 08:30-17:00 (16:30 Fridays)

- Flexible & genuine WFH policy: a minimum of two days a week in the office

- Part time (three of four days a week considered)

- Long term & perm only so NO ON CALL!

- Basic salary up to £25, 000

- Commission has no threshold & starts at 8% for billings up to £2, 500 & goes up to 30% for billings over £12, 500 a MONTH

- It’s not just about commission, we will also set realistic targets to unlock rewards. Such as “Bill a £10K month in the next 6 months and get a starter car” or “if you bill £10k in December we’ll send you and your family on holiday”

- Resourcing support

- 3X wellness days for when you are not feeling your best

- 25 days annual leave + BH + 1 per year for first 5 years

- Actual strategy to follow when it comes to sales

- Funding for qualifications – even those that aren’t directly related to recruitment will be considered

- You must have recruitment experience but other sectors will be considered
