In-House Legal Recruiter

About the Company:

My client is a national Legal Recruitment Agency with various offices around the UK. They have an urgent requirement for their in house division placing In-house legal professionals into various sized businesses from start-ups, SMEs, FTSE 100 PLCs and large global blue-chip multi-nationals, with permanent, interim and fixed term contract positions. The operate across the whole UK. 

 

Key Role Responsibilities:

Your role will involve identifying potential clients and converting those clients into service delivery opportunities. They use various methods of communication including telephone calls, email, and social media, marketing and direct head hunting. You should be fully up to speed with all modern sourcing methods to find and attract the best talent in the market. Great communication and attention to detail is also a strong requirement, along with a desire to succeed and a resilient nature.

 

What We Are Looking For:

12 months experience as a recruitment consultant working in an external agency environment within the legal sector. Experience with private practice or inhouse Legal recruitment is preferred along with experience working with magic circle and silver circle businesses. The role will involve both business development and delivery of service. You must have a positive “can do” attitude and enjoy working in a fun and supportive office.
